As Walmart’s Copy Manager of Social Content, I led six copywriters, supervising storytelling for all platforms. We consistently saw higher engagement by pushing Walmart’s established brand voice to the edges, ensuring the tone felt as conversational, witty, and culturally relevant as possible.

Growing our YouTube presence was a top goal for 2020-2021, which we accomplished by launching new episodic series across beauty, home, fashion, and food. I supervised the script for the debut of “Make It Fashion,” landing our first-ever viral video: the episode garnered 30K non-paid views and drew 1,895 new subscribers to the channel. I also led messaging for the launch of Walmart’s livestream shopping events.
