At the fintech app Stash, I was tasked with elevating the brand voice, particularly on paid/organic social. The goal was to distill complex financial topics into easy-to-grasp language while sharpening our wit, humor, and cultural relevance. As Director of Copy, I created fresh social copy guidelines, updating the tone to be cooler, more conversational, and less promotional.
Working closely with creative and marketing, I helped develop reactive and proactive content that was educational yet playful for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. As a result, we increased total followers by 8.9% from 3/2022 to 4/2022.
